This webinar features the SA国际传媒study “Towards a More Inclusive Agricultural Insurance Program”, which examined the implementation of agricultural insurance services under the Philippine Crop Insurance Corporation. The authors, namely, SA国际传媒President Celia M. Reyes, SA国际传媒Research Fellow Aubrey Tabuga, former SA国际传媒Supervising Research Specialist Nicoli Arthur Borromeo, SA国际传媒Research Specialist Arkin Arboneda, and SA国际传媒Research Analyst Carlos Cabaero looked into the issues, opportunities, and efforts affecting the impact and inclusion of agricultural insurance programs in the country. They also provided recommendations to improve the design of these programs, which are intended to protect agricultural producers from losses due to external shocks and risks.
