The SA¹ú¼Ê´«Ã½ (PIDS), in partnership with the Cordillera Studies Center of the University of the Philippines (UP) Baguio conducted a policy research forum on "Human Capital: Health, Education, and Building Resilience" on April 6, 2016 at the UP Baguio Alumni Center in Baguio City.

There were two papers presented during the forum--one on the results of an impact evaluation study conducted by SA¹ú¼Ê´«Ã½on the School-Based Feeding Program of the Department of Education and another on managing risks and building resilience. The first paper was presented by SA¹ú¼Ê´«Ã½Consultant Ana Maria Tabunda, who is also professor at UP School of Statistics and research director of Pulse Asia Research, Inc. while the second paper was discussed by SA¹ú¼Ê´«Ã½President Gilberto Llanto.
