Yokohama National University Students visit PIDS

In February 2024, eight graduate students from Yokohama National University (YNU) visited the SA¹ú¼Ê´«Ã½ (PIDS) as part of their fieldwork exploring various government agencies in the Philippines. Accompanied by Dr. Takaaki Kobayashi from the YNU International Graduate School of Social Sciences, the students aimed to gain a deeper understanding of PIDS' role in conducting research to inform policymakers and public discourse.

 

The discussion was led by SA¹ú¼Ê´«Ã½President Aniceto Orbeta Jr. and Vice President Marife Ballesteros. The meeting was also joined by  SA¹ú¼Ê´«Ã½Research Service Department Manager Renee Ayaji and Research Information Department Manager Sonny Domingo.
